To manage you account setting:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on the drop down list next to your profile picture
  3. Click on Settings.

When subscribing to an enterprise plan, for each paid internal user you get a free external user. Internal users are part of your enterprise plan, and can create projects, decisions and templates, as well as invite and add collaborators. External users can only collaborate on projects or decisions that they have been invited to ( by internal users), and cannot create new projects, decisions, templates or invite and add collaborators.

If you forgot your password (or simply need to reset it).

  1. Click 'Login' in the upper right corner of the any page,
  2. Click on ' forgot password '
  3. Type the email you registered with to Paramount Decisions.
  4. Check your inbox for an email to reset your password

Yes, in order to use Paramount Decisions, all users must have an account. Meanwhile, you can download reports to your computer and send them to anyone.
